The library board of trustees is appointed by the city council approval as mandated by the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Carrollton, MO (Ordinance #935-1, Sec. 4-6). The board consists of nine city residents who serve three-year terms. Any one board member may serve a maximum of two consecutive terms or six years.

The board meets the fourth Tuesday of every month at 4:30 p.m. in the lower level of the library in the Board of Trustee's Room.

Saturday 9 am – 1 pm & Sunday 1 pm – 5 pm
